	This folder contains the required files to implement the power analysis included in the monitoring plan.

Files:
SD_Veg_PowerAnalysis.R - 
	The R code file with annotations required for running the power analysis described in the report.
data_summary.xls - 
	The required means and SDs based on observed data (from USGS pitfall and California gnatcatcher datasets) used to simulated data.
hist_dat.xls - 
	Data from 1000 random Coastal sage scrub and 1000 random Chaparral sites located in SD county. 
	This data represents the 1997 Rangeland cover data for annual grass (here considered to represent invasive grasses), perrenial, shrub, and open ground. 
	This data was used to serve as a reference point for simulations.
