Grant Opportunity- 2017 Proposition 1: Stream Flow Enhancement Program (Wildlife Conservation Board)

The Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) is seeking high quality grant proposals that enhance stream flow pursuant to the objectives of Proposition 1 (Water Quality, Supply, and Infrastructure Act of 2014), California Water Action Plan, State Wildlife Action Plan, the fulfillment of WCB’s Mission, and meet the priorities in this Proposal Solicitation Notice (Solicitation). The Proposal Solicitation Notice details eligibility requirements, the proposal process, proposal review procedures, and other pertinent topics. Award Information

• Anticipated Total Funding: $78,938,695. $39,409,250 of remaining funds from Fiscal Years (FY) 2015/16 and 2016/17 is available during FY 2017/18, dependent upon allocation in the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget Act. FY 2016-2017 allocation was $38.4 million.

• Length of Funding: Average of 3 years. Projects awarded funds in FY 17/18 must be complete before April 30, 2022.
