IRC has an opening for a full-time Program Coordinator on the Plant Materials Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work outdoors and use a variety of skills. Depending on the season and the needs of the program, the Program Coordinator will assist with the daily operation of IRC’s native seed farm, which could be seeding and planting, weed management, seed harvesting, seed processing, or site maintenance. The Program Coordinator will also collect seeds from the wild, coordinate work crews, and assist with nursery propagation and maintenance. The Program Coordinator will work independently under general direction and as part of a team.
