The Climate Science Alliance is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in San Diego as the Science Program Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized and works well collaboratively. We seek a team member who has experience and interest in the natural sciences, climate change adaptation, cross-sector work, and project management. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of climate adaptation and community engagement.

The Science Program Manager will report to the Executive Director and has four primary focal areas under the Science Program portfolio:

1. Execute programmatic activities.
2. Organize and oversee events.
3. Develop and sustain partner relationships.
4. Lead scientific translation and dissemination.
